nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Admissions Officer / Application Processing Officer – Australia Process to manage and process student applications for Australian universities. The role involves evaluating applications, verifying academic and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with university requirements, and supporting students throughout the admissions journey.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Australian university admissions, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with application processing and university portals.

- Evaluate student applications and recommend suitable courses based on academic background, career goals, and eligibility.n
- Review and verify academic, financial, and English proficiency documents.n
- Assess Genuine Student (GS) forms, financial information, and supporting documents as per Australian university requirements.n
- Process and submit applications through StudyLink and various Australian university portals.n
- Ensure all documents are properly labelled, certified, organized, and maintained as per company and university guidelines.n
- Conduct pre-screening calls with students, where required, to assess eligibility and explain application/documentation requirements.n
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, updates, and student communication.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and universities to resolve application-related queries and discrepancies.n
- Ensure applications are processed accurately and within defined timelines.n
- Stay updated on Australian university admission requirements, documentation standards, and process changes.n
