nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.n
- Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.n
- Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.n
- Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters).n
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.n




- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.n
- Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.n
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.n
- Basic computer skills.n
- Ability to do work both day and night shift.n

nQualification
n
- n
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Valve assemblyn
- Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineeringn
