nJob Requirements*
n4+ years in Data Engineering, including 3+ years with Databricks on AWS.
nStrong expertise in PySpark, Spark performance tuning, and Delta Lake.
nExperience with Unity Catalog, SQL, dimensional modeling, and Medallion architecture.
nHands-on with Structured Streaming, Auto Loader, CDC, and AWS services (S3, IAM, DMS, Kinesis/MSK, Glue).
nProficient in CI/CD, Git, and Databricks Asset Bundles.
nExperience managing production SLAs, performance optimization, and cost management.
nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
nDatabricks and/or AWS certifications preferred.

nKey Responsibilities*
nBuild and maintain Databricks data pipelines.
nImplement data ingestion, quality, and governance frameworks.
nOptimize performance, costs, and platform reliability.
nSupport deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution.
nCollaborate with teams and mentor junior engineers.
