nI’m working with a venture-backed cybersecurity SaaS startup that is growing its customer-facing technical team in Mumbai.
n

nThey’re looking for someone who sits between DevOps, infrastructure security and customer-facing engineering. Someone technical enough to troubleshoot production issues, but also comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.
n

nThis is not a traditional Customer Success role. You’ll be hands-on with deployments, infrastructure and security challenges, working closely with DevOps, SRE and Engineering teams.

nWhat you’ll be doing:
n
- n
- Own technical relationships across pre-sales and post-salesn
- Lead deployments across cloud, Kubernetes, databases and VMsn
- Work hands-on in customer production environmentsn
- Troubleshoot IAM, networking, secrets and access workflowsn
- Help customers improve security, compliance and platform adoptionn




- Run technical reviews with Engineering and Security stakeholdersn
- Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineeringn
- Support expansion opportunities within existing accountsn

nWhat they’re looking for:
n
- n
- 4+ years of experiencen
- Proof of strong hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure backgroundn
- Proof of good experience with Kubernetes and containersn
- Proof of exposure to AWS, Azure and/or GCPn
- Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL or MongoDBn
- Robust understanding of infrastructure securityn
- Confidence debugging real production issuesn
- Previous customer-facing experiencen
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentn
