nJob Responsibilities

- Be responsible for on-site after-sales support for customers in the US region;n
- Handle in office equipment problems, follow up until problems are solved, and put forward improvement suggestions;n
- Provide customers with training on equipment operation and maintenance;n
- Complete other work assigned by leaders.n

nJob Requirements

- n




- Able to conduct daily communication in English;n
- Prior experience in the equipment industry is preferred, unified training will be provided by the company;n
- Strong communication skills with customer service awareness;n
- Accept medium-to-long-term business travel and on-site assignment in the United States.n
