n Role Overview
nWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as Sales Representatives. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and introducing Zepcruit’s solutions. Internship experience in sales, business development, SaaS, HRTech, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networkingn
- Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clientsn
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutionsn
- Build and maintain strong client relationshipsn
- Maintain strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools dailyn
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboardingn
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n

- Excellent communication and presentation skillsn
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilitiesn
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindsetn
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship managementn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plusn
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree preferredn
- Internship experience in sales/business development is an advantagen
- Experience - 1-3 years (most preferably in HR Tech industry)n
