- Lead a team of Java developers, guiding them on design, development, and best engineering practices. Architect, design, and develop scalable Java-based solutions.n
- Oversee and manage production deployments, ensuring seamless releases and quick resolution of deployment issues.n
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security practices.n
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, product owners,



and cross-functional teams.n
- Design, architect, and implement reusable frameworks/components for enterprise-grade Java applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.n
- Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) through effective prompt engineering to enhance development speed, code generation, debugging, and documentation.n
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions proactively.n
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and team efficiency.n
- Mentor and upskill junior developers.n
