nROLE
nThe Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the psychological assessment and management of patients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, psychological, and adjustment-related concerns.
nThe role involves independent clinical work as well as appropriate collaboration with other healthcare professionals when a multidisciplinary approach is indicated.




nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct structured clinical interviews and comprehensive psychological assessments.n
- Establish appropriate clinical formulations based on presenting concerns, history, behavioural patterns, psychosocial factors, and available clinical information.n
- Use standardized psychological and psychometric assessments appropriately and within professional scope.n
- Identify psychological, emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial factors contributing to the patient's presentation.n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and formulation.n
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions appropriate to the patient's clinical needs.n
- Monitor treatment response and review clinical outcomes over the course of care.n
- Conduct appropriate risk assessment, including assessment of self-harm, suicide risk, abuse, neglect, or other relevant safeguarding concerns.n
