- Oversee the availability, scalability, and performance of core trading platforms, leased lines, low-latency networks, and co-location (colo) facilities.n
- Manage enterprise servers/ infrastructure, database environments, backup mechanisms, and storage systems.n
- Act as the primary technical liaison with stock exchanges, depositories, market data vendors, and OMS/RMS providers.n
- Design, regularly test, and execute robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).n
- Manage IT hardware assets, software licenses, lifecycle management, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).n

- Cybersecurity & Threat Management n

- Monitor network traffic, deploy Next-Gen Firewalls, enforce network micro-segmentation, and establish robust DDoS protection.n
- Deploy security controls like encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, EDR/XDR deployments across server, trading APIs, and vendor interfaces.n




- Conduct Risk Assessments and oversee Security Testing, periodic vulnerability scans, penetration tests, VAPT etc.n
- Manage continuous cyber monitoring, threat detection, and mitigation workflows.n

- DPDP Act & Data Privacy Operations n

- Standardize verifiable consent forms and itemized privacy notices, build and maintain an active Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).n
- Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls to prevent leakages of sensitive investor financial records, PAN, and Aadhaar data.n
- Establish and manage automated or structured workflows to process data principal rights, queries, and complaints.n

- Ensure all IT infrastructure and security architecture strictly align with the SEBI CSCRF , exchange / depository circulars etc..n
- Lead and facilitate mandatory systemic audits, Cybersecurity audits, VAPT
