nBigStar Ecom is hiring a Customer Support Executive. This is not a sales or survey job, and there are no targets.

Responsibilities:n
n• Call customers to verify orders & addresses
n• Confirm customer details & delivery availability
n• Follow up on unanswered/unverified orders
n• Update order status accurately
n• Handle basic customer queries when required
n
Requirements:n
n• Hindi & English mandatory
n• Excellent communication & listening skills
n• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily
n• Basic computer knowledge
n• Freshers can apply

n? 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday – Saturday
n? 2 Months Probation – ₹15,000 salary
