n We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientd Personal Assistant & House Manager to provide comprehensive support across both personal and household operations. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of seamlessly managing schedules, administrative responsibilities, and day-to-day household functions while ensuring efficiency, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

- Manage and coordinate personal and professional calendars, appointments, and commitments with precision.n
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.n
- Oversee daily household operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and event coordination.n
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and household-related activities.n
- Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks,



and adapt quickly to changing requirements.n
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.n

- Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Support.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.n
- Solid diary management and organizational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.n
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and record management.n
- Experience in managing household operations, including vendor coordination and event planning.n
- Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.n
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong adaptability.n
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).n
