nRequired Skill: NICE CXone Sr. Developer

nJob Description:
n* Design, develop, implement, and customize NICE CXone applications
n* Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems such as CRM, WFM, and reporting tools
n* Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
n* Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents
n* Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems
n* Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration
n* Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support
n* Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories
n* Build conversation AI flows (chatbot, voicebot) using Cognigy AI or Omilia AI
