- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student-specific requirements. N
- Provide individualized and small-group support to enhance academic, behavioral, and social development. N
- Collaborate with teachers to design inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated learning approaches. N
- Recommend accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies to support student learning. N
- Track, monitor, and document student progress through regular assessments and observations. N
- Partner with parents, counselors, and school staff to ensure holistic support for students. N
- Support the creation ofan inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning setting. N
- Conduct awareness sessions and provide guidance to teachers on special education needs and inclusive practices. N
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student interventions and progress. N

nQualification: Engineering/Science/Maths background with Vocational training (CBSE Kaushal Bodh) preferred. CLS certification done on DT
NExperience: At least 3-5 years in a progressive and inclusive school
