- Academic Leadership: Ensure quality curriculum planning, teaching delivery, and academic excellence in Dance, Music, Theatre, and allied disciplines. N
- Faculty Management: Supervise faculty workload, mentoring, appraisal and development activities. N
- Student Development: Promote student performance, participation in competitions, productions, workshops and placements/opportunities. N
- Research & Innovation: Encourage research publications, creative productions, practice-based research and funded projects. N
- Industry & Cultural Linkages: Build collaborations with cultural institutions, artists, academies and industry professionals. N
- Administrative Management: Oversee budgeting, scheduling,



infrastructure, accreditation, compliance and departmental reporting. N

nEducational Qualification:

- Master's Degree in the Performing Arts discipline (Dance/Music/Theatre) with excellent academic records. N
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline preferred/mandatory as per university norms. N

nExperience:

- n
- 5-7 years of teaching/skilled experience in higher education or reputed cultural institutions. N
- Minimum 3–5 years of academic/administrative leadership experience as Program Coordinator/HoD/Equivalent. N
- Proven record of research publications, productions, and performances. N
