Job Description Key Responsibilities
N - Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
N - Conduct detailed clientconsultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
N - Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.
N - Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
N - Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
N - Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
N - Coordinate with projectmanagers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
N - Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
N - Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.




N Key Skills & Capabilities
N - Strong hands-on designing capability with a luxury residential sensibility.
N - Customer-facing confidence and solution-oriented mindset.
N - Ability to work with constraints of cost, timelines, and standard modules.
N - High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools.
N - Detail-oriented with solid ownership of outcomes.
N Experience & Qualifications
N - 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
N - Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;
postgraduate qualification preferred.
N - Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
