- Define holistic ServiceNow solution architectures spanning business processes, applications, data, integrations, security, and user experience. N
- Lead architecture and solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM. N
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-protected ServiceNow solutions. N




- Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and ServiceNow product roadmaps. N
- Design integration architectures between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. N
- Define data architecture, CMDB strategy, service mapping, and configuration management practices. N
- Drive platform standardization, optimization, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices. N
- Evaluate functional andnon-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance. N
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps and value realization strategies. N
- Provide architectural governance, technical oversight, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle. N
