N nThe Assistant BusinessDevelopment Manager (ABDM) is a field-first, player-manager role within Hopcharge' s Sales & Business Development team. The ABDM is responsible for driving CaaS (Charging-as-a-Service)subscription sales across Automobile OEM dealership channels, managing a team of Senior Field Sales Officers(Sr. FSOs), and ensuring consistent execution across lead generation, customer acquisition, dealership training, and operational compliance. This role demands equal parts field hustle, team leadership, and data-driven discipline.

N● Revenue Generation & Personal Sales — Drive daily subscription sales through dealership, RWA,
