Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with 9+ years of experience in software development, technical solutioning, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Python, along with proven experience in designing technical solutions, managing project delivery, and leading technical teams.

The role will involve working on AI projects, contributing to the design and implementation of scalable and innovative technology solutions. The candidate should also be willing to travel internationally, particularly to the Middle East and the US, for client engagements as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and robust technical solutions using Python.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solution architectures.
- Lead technical solutioning activities, including technical design, estimation, technology selection, and implementation approach.




- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Manage and lead technical teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, technical reviews, and team development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and other technical teams.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and best practices.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery management.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, security practices, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical recommendations when required.
