NResponsible for managing domestic C2H staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client handling and 50% delivery management .

- Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations. N
- Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions. N
- Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures. N
- Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity. N
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders. N

- 6–18 years of experience in domestic IT staffing (C2H) . N
- Robust client-facing, delivery, and team management skills. N
- Good knowledge of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends. N
