NYuma is seeking a dynamicand results-driven Business Head for North India. The individual will be responsible for

- Driving regional growth and profitability N
- Owning the strategy fornetwork expansion;
responsible for operational excellence across Yuma BaaS network N
- Partnering with internal stakeholders for new business development and policy advocacy N
- Managing a team of 12-15 people across North India markets N

nIdeal candidate would have an experience of 6-10 years with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple cities and markets. MBA is not mandatory.
NKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma's footprint across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, etc.). N
- Identify and capitalizeon recent business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region. N
- Drive city and regionalbusiness performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue,



profitability, and customer satisfaction. N

nP&L; Management:

- n
- Own the P&L; for North India operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units. N
- Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service. N
- Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs, and make data-driven strategic decisions. N

nOperations Management:

- n
- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for North India. N
- Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities. N
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region. N

nTeam Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support. N
