NStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

NAbility to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality
NComfortable working with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams
NWhat You'll Be Doing
nAct as a day‐to‐day SPOC for clients, hiring managers & SI division
NManage requirement intake, prioritization & timelines
NOwn end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned accounts
NCollaborate with internalrecruiters to ensure quality submissions & smooth workflows
NProvide regular status updates, pipeline visibility & insights
