NThe role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls and providing professional, accurate and customer-focused support to international customers.
NThe candidate must have excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation, strong articulation and a professional UK-style communication ability.
NKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally and confidently. N
- Assist customers with their queries, requests and concerns. N
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions. N
- Communicate with customers in clear, fluent and professional English. N




- Maintain a UK-style qualified communication approach, including appropriate tone, pronunciation, vocabulary and etiquette. N
- Handle customer complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally. N
- Provide step-by-step assistance and troubleshooting wherever required. N
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system. N
- Follow Amazon/Sutherland process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements. N
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets. N
- Escalate complex issuesto the appropriate support team when required. N
