nWeare looking for an experienced Delivery Director with deep expertise in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will combine solid technology delivery leadership with domain expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for Wealth Management clients. N
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders. N
- Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction. N
- Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers. N
- Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives. N
- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements. N
- Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops,



and strategic advisory. N

nRequired Experience

- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery. N
- Experience working withWealth Management, Multi-Family Office, Private Investment, Asset Management, or Private Banking organizations. N
- Strong understanding ofinvestment operations, portfolio management, and wealth management business processes. N
- Experience managing large global delivery teams. N
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills. N
