Job Description Objective of the Role – Head Corporate Strategy
N nTo develop and drive the organization's long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, enhanced shareholder value, and competitive advantage through strategic planning, business portfolio optimization, organic and inorganic growth initiatives, market expansion, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.

- Develop and drivethe company's 3–5 year and 10-year strategic roadmap. N
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new businesses. N
- Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends. N
- Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes. N
- Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution. N

- Identify current markets, customer segments, and product opportunities. N
- Drive business expansion plans domestically and internationally. N
- Evaluate diversification opportunities within existing capabilities. N
