Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Scientist / AI Engi neer to work on cutting‑edge AI solutions in collaboration with leading business partners. The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy, and explain advanced machine learning models that drive measurable business outcomes while adhering to principles of Explainable and ResponsibleAI

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solut ions

Build predictive & prescriptive mo dels to drive business outcomes

Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → deployment)

Work on LLM & RAG-based applicat ions and GenAI solutions

Deploy models and make them API-ready for production use

Apply techniques like clustering, regression, simulation, and scenario anal ysis

Build PoCs, MVPs, and experiment with cutting-edge approaches

Implement Explainable & Responsible AI ( XAI) practices





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifica tions

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Proficiency in Python & SQLHands-on

Experience with:Machine Learning & Traditional ML

- ModelsLLMs, RAG Applications, GenA , AI
- Solid understanding of statistics (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing)Experience working with large datasets
- Experience in deploying models as production-grade
- APIsExcellent communication
