About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow revenue across both our learner-facing (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) tracks. This is a hands-on leadership role:



you will close deals yourself, build and manage a small sales team, and put the processes in place that let us scale predictably.
You will work directly with the Founder and have real ownership over targets, process and team.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across B2C program enrolments and B2B corporate training mandates
- Run the full sales cycle — qualification, discovery, consultative counselling, objection handling, negotiation and closure
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Executives and Sales/BD Interns
- Set individual targets, run daily and weekly reviews, and coach the team on pitch quality and conversion
- Monitor call quality, response times and follow-up discipline

Business Development (B2B)
- Identify and open conversations with corporates, in
