NØ Good knowledge on various cutting tools especially for CNC Machines various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.
NØ Good Knowledge in Tool Management system.
NØ Conduct Product Trials / introduction / resolve complaints.
NØ Work with Development team to Prove out the current Tools.
NØ Sound knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.
NØ Sound knowledge in Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.
NØ Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customer by working out a optimum Cost/Component
NØ Good knowledge in trouble shooting & problem solving of various metal cutting problems.
NØ Has to work with PED & NPD Team
