Job Description Position: International Business Development (Manager/Sr Manager)

N n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business. N
- Develop and hunt for new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory. N
- Develop market and new business for HR Tech product launching in August 2026 N
- Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa N




- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with the company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHROs, MD, CEO's. N
- Manage large global keyaccounts and take profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility. N
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information. N
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery N
- Create bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals. N

n n Qualifications & Skills:

- n
- 7+ years in international business development, preferably in executive search, recruitment, or employee benefits, training, learning, or professional services . N
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven workplace. N
- Established network of senior-level decision-makers at leading global organizations. N
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. N
