Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

Required Skills (Must have)

- Solid experience across major Fusion HCM modules .
- Understanding of core HR, payroll rules, and Benefits.
- Hands‑on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping .
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop‑leading skills
