N Location : Dhulagarh Factory
N n Key Responsibilities:
N n1. Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production processes, and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
N2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, engineers, and support personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
N3. Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures throughout the production process, implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
N4. Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules,



considering factors like raw material availability, equipment maintenance, and market demand.
N5. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing workplace.
N6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
N n Candidate Profile:
N1. B.Tech/B.E in Food Technology
N2. 10 years of experiencein large-scale food processing, preferably in the biscuit.
N3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and team management
N4. Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
