N n Role Overview:
NResponsible for managing Trade-in operations across assigned stores, driving volumes and ensuring smooth execution of the complete trade-in process .
N n Key Responsibilities:
N* Lead and manage the Trade-in team and ensure daily productivity.




N* Drive store-wise and monthly trade-in targets and improve conversion.
N* Ensure accurate device screening, QC, grading and pricing.
N* Coordinate with Store Managers and sales teams to maximize trade-in opportunities.
N* Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance.
N* Track daily MIS, volumes, productivity and target achievement.
N* Resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.
N* Ensure proper device tagging, documentation, inventory handover and reconciliation.
N* Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
N* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and minimize errors/discrepancies.
N n Experience : 2–5 years in Trade-in, Retail Operations, Consumer Electronics or similar field.
N Skills : Team Handling, Target Management, Device Knowledge, QC, MIS & Excel, Store Operations and Communication.
