Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Graphic + Motion Designer with 2–4 years of experience to create high-quality visual content across social media, advertising, branding, presentations, reels and motion design.
N nWhat you’ll do
n n* Design social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
N* Create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics and animated content
N* Develop Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad creatives
N* Work on branding, visual identities, moodboards and brand guidelines
N* Design pitch decks, presentations, proposals and marketing reports
N* Adapt creatives across different formats and platforms
N* Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple brands
N* Use performance insights to improve and iterate creatives
N* Use AI tools for staticcreatives, reels, video generation, ideation and editing
N nWhat we’re looking for
N n* 2–4 years of qualified design experience
N* Strong portfolio acrosssocial media, ads,



branding and digital content
N* Strong typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy skills
N* Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
N* Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent motion/video tools
N* Strong understanding ofreels, pacing, hooks, transitions and social-first content
N* Proficient in AI creative tools for both static and video content
N* Ability to work fast, take feedback and maintain high design quality
N* Agency, startup or marketing experience is a plus
N nLocation: Hyderabad — On-site
NExperience: 2–4 years
NSalary: Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and portfolio
