About the Role:

Brillio is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Leader to define and drive the engineering vision for its growing Salesforce practice. This is a practice-level technology leadership role combining engineering strategy, enterprise architecture, AI innovation, solutioning, delivery excellence, talent development and client engagement.
The role will play a key part in building an AI-native Salesforce engineering practice, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Autonomous Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Salesforce engineering vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business and client priorities.
- Provide architecture leadership for complex Salesforce, multi-cloud and industry solutions, including integration, data, security and platform architecture.
- Drive adoption of Agentforce,



Data Cloud and AI-enabled engineering across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
- Establish engineering standards covering architecture, coding, quality, DevSecOps, release engineering, observability and operational excellence.
- Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, estimations, demonstrations and proposal development for strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams on complex pursuits and provide technical leadership where required.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures and engineering assets to improve delivery speed, quality and predictability.
- Build, mentor and develop architects, principal engineers, engineering managers and future technology leaders.
- Engage with C-level and senior technology stakeholders, providing technical direction and influencing transformation roadmaps.
