NRole Overview
nThey are looking for an experienced Salesforce Certinia Consultant with strong functional expertise in Salesforce and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Certinia implementations, data migration, go-live activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

- Configure and support Salesforce and Certinia solutions based on business requirements. N
- Work closely with business users and third-party implementation partners during implementation and go-live activities. N
- Manage and support datauploads, data migration, validation, and reconciliation during deployments.

- Understand and configure standard Salesforce objects including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Projects, and related custom objects. N
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows and business process automation. N
- Support Certinia modules including Project Management, Time & Expense, Resource Management, Estimates, and Project Financials. N
- Troubleshoot productionissues and provide post-go-live support. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support system enhancements. N
- Ensure data quality andmaintain system integrity throughout implementation and BAU activities. N
