nYou'll work across Meta ads, social media, product launches, UGC, events, and brand campaigns, transforming raw footage into high-performing creatives that capture attention, retain viewers, and drive action.
nWe're looking for someone who embraces both creative editing and AI-powered content creation , constantly exploring new tools and techniques to create faster, smarter, and better content.

- Edit videos for:n
- Meta performance adsn
- UGC contentn
- Instagram Reels & Shortsn
- Product launchesn
- Brand campaignsn
- Event videos & aftermoviesn
- Founder-led and behind-the-scenes contentn
- Create multiple versions of creatives for A/B testingn
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effectsn
- Improve pacing, storytelling,



and viewer retentionn
- Use AI tools to generate subtitles, voiceovers, B-roll, image/video assets, creative variations, and other production elementsn
- Explore and implement new AI tools to improve creative quality and production speedn
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, creators, and marketers throughout the creative processn
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflown

nRequirements

- n
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing softwaren
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and editing toolsn
- Strong understanding of short-form content and platform-specific editingn
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual communicationn
- Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviourn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with quick turnaround timesn
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterat
