We are seeking an experienced CMDB developer to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise CMDB architecture.
- Lead CMDB governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
- Implement ServiceNow CSDM , Discovery , and Service Mapping .
- Configure Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CI relationships.
- Integrate CMDB with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
- Drive CMDB health initiatives, audits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and ITSM teams.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and CMDB health reports.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
