Job DescriptionAt Nerige Story we work closely with India's artisans digging deep into India's artisanal heritage with a goal to reimagine and present traditional clothing in a way that is completely refreshing and unique. We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Associate to manage all our sales & support conversation across various platforms including social media & Whatsapp. This is an excellent prospect to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. The role will report directly to the co-founders.
NResponsibilities

- Respond to all incomingenquiries on Social Media and other chat based business platforms such as Whatsapp N
- Respond to all incomingvoice based sales & support enquiries N




- Have a sales mindset- approach each customer conversation with the intent to close N
- Accomplish outbound sales calls for each day and meet sales targets N
- Ensure all customer support and service requests are addressed in a timely manner N
- Respond via email for all customer exchange & return requests N

- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience N
- Self motivated and an inclination to work independently N
- Prior experience in customer support/ chat support N
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) N
- Bachelors Degreen
