About Valiance Valiance Analytics is a deeptech AI company building production-grade AI products for government, PSU, and enterprise clients. Our Tender Intelligence platform is live with clients, reducing 60-day tender evaluation cycles to under 4 hours at ~95% accuracy. The Role We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end deployment of our Tender Intelligence product at enterprise and PSU clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role — you'll be based on-site, working directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, shape the product, and deliver on time. What you'll do Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and iterative feature development in direct collaboration with client teams Drive customer sign-offs at each stage — requirements, design, UAT, go-live Own project delivery end-to-end: planning, timelines, risk management, and issue resolution Manage and mentor a cross-functional delivery team of AI engineers, software engineers, and QA Be the primary point of contact at the client site — represent Valiance in day-to-day stakeholder conversations Identify scope creep, delivery risks, and technical blockers early,



and drive mitigation Coordinate with internal product and engineering leadership to feed client learnings back into the roadmap Hold your own in technical discussions with both internal engineering/AI teams and customer technical stakeholders — translating between the two as needed What we're looking for 10 years of experience, with a background spanning software engineering and AI/ML disciplines Proven track record leading enterprise AI product deployments, including significant onsite client engagement Strong project management fundamentals — planning, RAID logs, timeline ownership, delivery under pressure Comfortable going deep on technical discussions with engineering and AI teams as well as customer technical teams — this isn't a purely process-driven PM role Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (AI engineers, software engineers, QA) Comfortable working from client offices on a regular/ongoing basis Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Prior experience working with PSUs or government clients strongly preferred Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Why Valiance Work on production AI deployed at India's largest public sector enterprises High-ownership role with direct client and leadership visibility Rapid-growing deeptech team (150 people) building category-defining products
