Key Skills Required • Solid experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development and Administration • Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management • Experience configuring and maintaining MID Servers, Patterns, Probes, and Sensors • Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM Framework, and Configuration Management • Experience with CMDB Reconciliation,



Data Modeling, and Data Quality Management • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting • Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer • Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Web Services • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and infrastructure tools • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Discovery and Service Mapping performance • Knowledge of Event Management, Orchestration, and Automation workflows • Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
