Purpose: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT Operation Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM) and other business processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring workflows, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs. You will ensure the platform's stability, security, and performance while driving innovation through automation and integration. Responsibilities :Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements .Implement and maintain core ServiceNow capabilities including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Now Assis t .Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutions .Design, develop, and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript ) .Own end-to-end delivery of tasks and projects, from requirement definition through development, testing, and deployment .Ensure reporting and dashboards align with ITSM/SPM processes, portfolio needs, and organizational goal s, while driving improvements in analytics and insights .Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, ensuring stability, scalability, and issue resolution .Ensure platform security,
