Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer / Lead Software Engineer to join a new enterprise application development project. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications across frontend, backend, integration, reporting, and database layers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ReactJS as the primary technology , complemented by solid hands-on experience in Spring Boot and NodeJS . The role demands the ability to build, optimize, and support high-performance, transaction-intensive applications while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Spring Boot. Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, maintainability, and performance. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with frontend applications and external systems. Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and transaction management best practices. Support secure integrations using WSO2 API Manager and SFTP/OpenSSH. Develop and maintain reports using Jasper Reports Server. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot PostgreSQL database queries and related database components. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities. Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent solutions for: Code generation Code refactoring Root cause analysis Troubleshooting and debugging Unit test creation Documentation generation Productivity improvement Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and software development lifecycle processes. Mandatory Technical Skills Frontend Development (Primary Skill)



Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS development with the ability to independently develop and maintain complex enterprise applications. Deep understanding of: Component Architecture React Hooks Routing State Management (Redux Toolkit, Context API) Asynchronous API Integration Frontend Performance Optimization Browser Debugging and Troubleshooting Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3 , and modern frontend development practices. Experience handling real-time transactions, performance bottlenecks, logging, and monitoring within enterprise applications. Strong understanding of scalable and maintainable frontend architecture and design principles. Application Platform Hands-on experience with NodeJS for application build, dependency management, packaging, deployment, and hosting of ReactJS applications. Good understanding of modern frontend build and deployment frameworks. Exposure to ExpressJS will be an added advantage. Backend Development Strong development experience in Spring Boot . Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices. Good understanding of: Transaction Management Exception Handling Backend Security Application Integration Patterns Experience with Apache Tomcat EE and OpenJDK environments. Has experience working on high-performance, real-time, and transaction-intensive enterprise applications. Can analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers. Possesses strong debugging, logging, monitoring, and production support capabilities. Understands secure application development and enterprise integration best practices. Is proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Possesses strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction skills. Is comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum-based enterprise application development environment.
