We are seeking a skilled Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pegasystems platform. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Platform) , business process management (BPM), and case management solutions, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Pega-based applications aligned with business requirements. Build and configure Pega rules, flows, UI components, and integrations . Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop BPM workflows , case management, and decisioning components. Perform code reviews , unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality delivery. Integrate Pega applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and databases . Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and guardrails . Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Maintain documentation for applications, technical designs, and workflows. Support production deployments and resolve post-release issues.



Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Pega development. Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (version 7.x/8.x or above) . Proficiency in: Case management & BPM concepts Data modeling UI design (Sections, Harness, Portals) Experience with Pega integration tools (REST, SOAP, Connectors/Services). Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies . Pega certifications such as: CSA (Certified System Architect) – required CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pega Decisioning (CDH) or Robotics (RPA). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) . Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines . Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, or telecom . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
