ServiceNow Developer – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Location: Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Noida Experience: 7–10 Years Project-Specific Prerequisite Skills Third-party Risk Management Detailed Job Description This role focuses exclusively on the One Stop project, where the developer will play a critical part in enhancing and adopting our ServiceNow platform's out-of-the-box Third-party Risk Management capabilities. The primary objectives will be enabling the DDR (Due Diligence Request) module and executing enhancements to the Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) ecosystem, including external-facing portals. Key Responsibilities Module Enablement Enable, configure, and test the DDR (Due Diligence Request) module. Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) Execute updates to the TPRM module to align with business requirements. Profile Management Build and configure robust Third-Party Profiles to accurately capture and assess vendor data. External Portal Development Develop and enhance the Third-Party Risk Portal , ensuring a secure and intuitive interface for external vendors. Platform Automation & Scripting Design and implement automated processes using Flow Designer . Write productive server-side logic using Business Rules, Script Actions, and Events .
Event Management Configure and trigger Script Actions and platform Events to drive background processing. Targeted Communications Design and configure complex, condition-driven system Notifications tailored to specific internal and external stakeholders. Security & Access Control Implement strict data governance by designing and maintaining complex Access Control Lists (ACLs) across affected tables. Required Qualifications Experience A minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and platform configuration . Certification Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of ServiceNow security models , specifically troubleshooting ACLs . This is a must-have for the candidate. Proven proficiency in building automated processes using Flow Designer . Strong scripting capabilities, specifically with Business Rules, Script Actions, and the Event Registry . Experience configuring dynamic, targeted system Notifications . Preferred Qualifications An active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desired but not required. Prior experience working directly with the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) or Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) applications. Experience configuring Service Portal pages and widgets for external users.
