Key Responsibilities Lead L2/L3 Mainframe AMS and production support. Maintain and analyze Netron-generated COBOL and extract business logic. Troubleshoot and tune CICS-DB2 online transactions , including CPU and thread performance. Support IMS DB/DC applications and modernization initiatives. Drive reduction of DB2/IMS batch abends through RCA, automation and proactive monitoring. Support API enablement and Mainframe modernization/Cloud migration initiatives. Mentor recent engineers and drive knowledge transition across legacy technologies. Manage critical incidents, problem management and technical escalations.
