About the job Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer at our location in the Greater Chennai Area. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React for front-end development, FastAPI for back-end architecture, and AWS services for deployment and hosting. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability and security of applications. The role requires staying updated with industry trends and applying best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with client and organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in React and related technologies Proven skills in Full-Stack Development and integrating services Strong knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and responsive design principles Familiarity with deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS services Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and ability to work collaboratively Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies Experience with version control systems like Git is an advantage Requirements 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience Strong proficiency in React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS Solid backend experience with Python and FastAPI (or similar async frameworks) Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, queries, and performance tuning Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.) and cloud deployment workflows Comfortable using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of your daily workflow Strong understanding of REST API design principles Ability to work independently and manage your own delivery Nice to Have Experience with Docker and containerized deployments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.) Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK) Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
