We're Hiring: AI Engineer ( AWS Bedrock, AWS Textract) Locations: Chennai | Bangalore Experience: 6–10 Years Notice Period : 0 to 45 days Role Summary We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Amazon Bedrock, AWS Textract, and AI automation solutions . The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI applications and agent-based workflows. This is a coding-first role , focused on building intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI services with enterprise systems, and implementing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps and GitOps practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI/ML application development, automation, or cloud-native development. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages . Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock , including foundation models, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and agent development. Experience building agent-based automation workflows using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore or similar AI agent frameworks.



Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, agent decision-making, tool/function calling, memory management, and AI workflow automation . Hands-on experience with AWS Textract for intelligent document processing, OCR, data extraction, and document analysis solutions. Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures . Solid knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions . Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of DevOps, GitOps, security best practices, and production deployment strategies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setting.
