Role: Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a senior technical professional who can independently architect and deliver enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform solutions , while also leading technical teams and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure & Microsoft 365 Lead client discovery workshops and solutioning discussions Design enterprise integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, REST APIs & Webhooks Oversee D365 CE customization using C#/.NET Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities & JavaScript Lead Power Apps and Power Automate implementations Define and govern Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Provide technical oversight on Dataverse, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer (ADX)



and Big Data architecture Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Developers Conduct architecture/code reviews and ensure Microsoft best practices Support pre-sales, estimation, solution scoping, proposals and technical presentations Key Requirements 8–12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM 3 years as a Solution Architect / Senior Technical Lead Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and JavaScript Strong Power Apps & Power Automate experience Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus & Azure Functions Strong Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience Experience with Dataverse, Cosmos DB and ADX Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Pre-sales experience including estimation, scoping and proposal preparation Valuable to have: PCF development, SAP/ERP integrations, offshore-onshore delivery experience, and Agile/Scrum experience.
