About the job Job Title – Senior AI Engineer Job Nature – Full time Experience – 6 to 8 years About AMDC AI The AMDC AI Team enables business divisions to create measurable value through the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. We act as a transversal capability across the organization, delivering AI solutions, scaling reusable platforms, and ensuring secure, compliant, and sustainable AI adoption. Our projects span finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, HR, health & safety, and enterprise functions, including document automation, forecasting, computer vision, predictive maintenance, optimization, and LLM-powered assistants. Role Overview As a Senior AI Engineer , you will design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems end to end. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and enterprise delivery . You will work on a mix of: LLM-based solutions (API-based models, RAG, agents) Classical ML / DL systems (forecasting, anomaly detection, computer vision) Senior AI Engineers are expected to work independently with minimal guidance , own solutions end to end, and contribute to setting technical standards across the AI portfolio. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions from problem framing to production Build and operate LLM-powered systems (prompting, RAG, agents, evaluation, guardrails) Develop, train, and deploy ML/DL models where appropriate Translate business problems into robust,



measurable AI use cases Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and domain experts Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable Contribute to AI architecture, best practices, and reusable components Support monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI systems Required Skills & Experience 6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or applied data science roles Strong programming skills (Python required) Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks and libraries Experience working with API-based LLMs and modern GenAI patterns (e.g. RAG, multi-agents) Solid software engineering fundamentals (modularity, testing, version control) Experience deploying and operating AI systems in production Ability to work independently, structure work, and manage risks proactively Strong problem-solving and system design skills Nice to Have Experience with enterprise data platforms and ERP integrations (e.g. SAP) Exposure to cloud environments and MLOps tooling Experience with computer vision, time series, or optimization problems Familiarity with responsible AI, explainability, and governance concepts Academic Background and Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, (BE / ME – Computer Science, Computer Science or IT , MCA).
