Senior Technical Analyst Role with Andor Tech Key Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis: · Lead the understanding and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements by reviewing specifications and collaborating with domain architects, analysts and stakeholders. · Conduct technical impact analysis and participate in both high-level and low-level design activities. · Participate in estimation, staffing, and solutioning; gather and clarify scope information. · Conduct requirement workshops, identify requirement gaps/issues, and translate business needs into system requirements. Design & Development Oversight: · Create and review IT designs, pseudo code, and prototypes. · Guide and review the development of artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts) for self and peers. · Ensure high code quality through the creation and review of unit test plans and scripts. · Lead the implementation of releases following change and release management processes. · Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members. Testing & Quality Assurance: · Lead and participate in test design and validation activities (functional, integration, end-to-end, system, user experience, performance, automation). · Oversee the creation and review of test artifacts (test scripts, documentation, automation setups). · Manage test data, defect management, test automation strategy, and performance test strategy. · Coordinate with business and other stakeholders on testing progress and ensure right test coverage. · Lead or participate in test management activities, including the creation of master test plans and testing strategy documents. Go-Live & Production Support:



· Support go-live activities as per the implementation plan. · Respond to and analyze production issues, suggest and implement workarounds, communicate with stakeholders, and close incidents/service requests within agreed timelines. · Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), process improvement initiatives, and estimation of efforts for solutions/workarounds. · Track SLAs, verify fixes, and ensure continuous improvement in operations. Knowledge Management & Leadership: · Document and share project learnings and best practices. · Define, maintain, and enhance the knowledge management strategy for the team. · Train team members on project processes and provide inputs to improve quality. · Leverage knowledge bases and benchmarks to solve problems and develop high-level solutions. Technical Skills: · Proven experience in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Postman, Swagger, Azure, OpenShift). · Robust knowledge of software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, and support. · Experience with unit testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine, Karma), automated testing (e.g., Playwright, RestAssured, TestNG), and integration testing (e.g., SOAPUI). · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub). · Experience with database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus. Attitudes / Behavior: · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities. · Customer, solution, and improvement minded. · Proactive and can-do attitude. Languages: · Fluent English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
