AI Next also includes platform capabilities that support versatile model choices and enterprise-ready foundations for secure, scalable deployments Position: Full Stack Developer Experience: 6-14 years Location: Bangalore, Pune,Chennai,Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React and modern backend technologies. Architect and build scalable microservices-based applications and distributed systems. Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and event-driven services. Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and reliability initiatives. Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes. Implement DevOps best practices, monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews,



and technical mentoring of development teams. Troubleshoot production issues and provide scalable solutions for complex business problems. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, development methodologies, and security guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Frontend Strong hands-on experience with React.js , TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with React ecosystem including Redux, Context API, Hooks, and state management patterns. Knowledge of responsive design and frontend performance optimization. Backend Strong development experience in Java or Python . Expertise in building REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and backend service frameworks. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Architecture & Design Solid understanding of Backend Architecture and enterprise application design. Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture . Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems , scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with design patterns and domain-driven design concepts. Cloud & DevOps Strong experience with Cloud Native Design principles. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Expertise in DevOps practices , infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions. Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
